CEO
A financial executive (CPA in the US) with over 40 years of experience in management and finance, having held high-level executive positions in multinational companies in Brazil, the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia, before starting his own investment portfolio in various areas, including the real estate sector in Portugal.
EDUARDO PEREZ
Controller
Senior finance executive with 29 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, audit, and internal control. Worked in Latin America and Asia, leading operational modernization and cost reduction initiatives.
DUARTE FREITAS BRANCO
Sales Director
A professional with 13 years in the real estate sector, with a strong track record in management, sales, and business expansion. Brings over 30 years of accumulated experience in tourism and hotel management, including roles as a teacher, consultant in Madeira, and municipal tourism director in Mafra.
ENG. CLAUDIO GIL
Engineering Director
Engineer specializing in project coordination with 30 years of international experience in large projects in South Africa, Angola, Qatar, Ghana, and other countries. Currently manages construction projects in Portugal in the real estate sector.
ARCHITECT DIEGO GUTIEREZ
Director of Architecture
Architect with over 35 years of experience in architectural design and construction of small, medium, and large-scale projects in Brazil, Chile, the USA, and Portugal. Project Manager responsible for infrastructure setup at various international events in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
LUIZ TURANO
Marketing/IT Director
Marketing Director with over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM for the real estate sector. A pioneer in proptech and the digital transformation of the sector, he founded the first web agency specializing in real estate marketing in Brazil. An AI enthusiast.
GUSTAVO PANCHEL
Assistant to the Administration
Professional with international experience and a double master's degree in Management and Digital Business. Has worked for the PSR Group for four years, where she provides direct support to Management in the areas of strategy, operations, and business development.
